Why I Wrote The Gut Friendly Lifestyle Guide

I originally wrote this book because I wanted to write down and describe for myself all the knowledge that I've learned and what I found to be super successful for me in achieving optimal health. Second, to that, I realized that this information could help so many people who are struggling with their own health and if they could just get a handle on that, maybe on a grander scale, the world would be in a better place because people would feel better in their own minds and bodies. Moreover, I believe it is every human being's responsibility to be healthy and so with my knowledge and understanding I want to share that with those who have been misinformed and confused with what they know on health or the lack there of.
